We are taking you back to November to recap this gorgeous wedding when Taylor and Lucas tied the knot on a beautiful Saturday in Kansas City. Working with Taylor was a dream, she had a beautiful vision in her mind what she wanted her wedding day to be, we were beyond ecstatic to make her wedding dreams into a reality.

Taylor and Lucas welcomed their family + friends to a stunning reception set at The Grand Hall at Power & Light following their intimate ceremony at Our Lady of Sorrows Parish, where the couple exchanged their “I-do’s”. The couple was drawn to the classic and romantic atmosphere of The Grand Hall, and hired an amazing team of vendors to create magic for their day. All of the elements were carefully thought out – from the hanging geometric seating chart, to the matching cake, to each and every element of the head table, there was not a single detail left behind! Melissa & Beth Photography captured every single moment of the day to perfection, and we can’t wait to share this special day with you!

THE BRIDAL BOUQUET

Taylor carried a lush bouquet full of the most beautiful blooms. Anemones, garden roses, dahlia, astilbe, and scabiosa created a detailed and rich bouquet, full of different textures. My favorite part – the long trailing ribbons paired with Taylor’s heirloom rosary.

THE CEREMONY

Taylor and Lucas welcomed their guests to an intimate ceremony at Our Lady of Sorrows. The bride looked stunning in her bridal gown from The Gown Gallery and her trailing veil as she walked down the aisle to her groom.

THE RECEPTION

As Taylor and Lucas traveled up to the 31st floor of the Power and Light Building to spend a few moments alone, guests welcomed to The Grand Hall and invited up to the mezzanine to enjoy cocktails and appetizers. Each napkin and candle set to perfection for guests to enjoy. Nellie with Nellie Sparkman Events + Stationery Studio designed all of the paper details for Taylor and Lucas’ wedding day – including the hanging seating chart below. Each and every detail came together so beautifully! We are so grateful for Melissa & Beth Photography for captured all of the details and being able to re-live the day through these beautiful images!
