Located in the heart of the Power & Light District in downtown Kansas City, The Gallery Event Space is a modern venue with clean white walls and an eye-catching ceiling! The ballroom features 16-foot ceilings, a built-in stage, portable bars, and floor-to-ceiling windows to a balcony overlooking the Power & Light District. The space has built-in sound & lighting systems with LED lighting on the ceiling with customized color options for your event and can accommodate up to 400 seated guests.

Give us some insight on the Process Once a Couple Books their Wedding at The Gallery:
Once you have booked with The Gallery, we set up a complementary tasting about 4-6 months before your wedding where you can sample multiple options of each course to help you select your final wedding day menu! Come hungry because you will be FULL afterwards! Following the tasting we also work with you to create a custom floor plan of how you would like the tables, dance floor, stage, bars, etc. set up in the space! About 10 days out from your wedding we will need to know a final head count how many many will be attending your big day!
What Advice do you have for Brides Looking for their Wedding Venue?
Don’t let sticker shock fool you out of booking your perfect venue. When you tour The Gallery Event Space, you might also be touring other venues that simply provide the event space, but not food and beverage. That can make it hard to compare & contrast your options accurately. To truly compare apples to apples, you might consider reaching out to approved caterers of the venues that do not provide in-house catering. When doing this make sure to ask the catering company all the necessary questions to get an all-in quote. Some caterers only provide the food pricing in their guides, when other charges such as staffing, gratuity, service charge, tax, dinnerware, glassware, etc. are additional costs that you might not have thought to consider. Here at The Gallery our all-inclusive, per person cost DOES includes staffing, gratuity, service charge, tax, dinnerware, glassware, etc.

So much! Me, for starters! We also got brand new, gray colored, designer hardwood floors in last November that are S T U N N I N G and you have got to see in person to truly appreciate!
