UNION STATION
Located just south of the Crossroads Art District of downtown Kansas City, The Grand Plaza in The Union Station is a historic space with high ceilings, with beautiful marble accents throughout – perfect for any large-scale elegant occasion. The Grand Plaza can accommodate 1,300 seated guests or up to 2,000 standing guests. This space also easily allows for draping to block off any sections of the room, depending on the size of your event. KAUFFMAN CENTER FOR PERFORMING ARTS
Located just north of the Crossroads Art District in downtown Kansas City, The Brandmeyer Great Hall in The Kauffman Center of Performing Arts is a one-of-a-kind glass atrium lobby with panoramic views of Kansas City. The space features incredible all-white columns and balconies to transform your event. The Brandmeyer Great Hall can accommodate up to 450 seated guests. Your guests will love the views of the city and the magnificent architecture that this venue offers. If you have a larger budget and love the all-white modern feel of the space, then this is the venue for you!

THE ABBOTT
Located in the Crossroads Art District in downtown Kansas City, The Abbott is the perfect combination of elegant and industrial. The ballroom features stunning vaulted ceilings with white brick walls, large beautiful chandeliers, and glass garage doors. The space also has a private outdoor patio with patio seating and fire-pit tables, string lighting, and an incredible view of the KC skyline. The Abbott can accommodate up to 500 seated or 1,100 standing guests. THE GALLERY EVENT SPACE
Located in the heart of the Power & Light District in downtown Kansas City, The Gallery Event Space is a clean, modern venue with white walls and an eye-catching ceiling. The ballroom features 16-foot ceilings, a built-in stage, portable bars, and floor-to-ceiling windows to a balcony overlooking P&L District. The Gallery can accommodate up to 400 seated guests. The space has built-in sound & lighting systems with LED lighting on the ceiling with customized color options for your event. This venue also has hanging capabilities for floral or other decor elements. If you love a clean canvas for your vendors to work their magic, this venue is perfect for you!

THE GRAND HALL AT POWER & LIGHT
Located in the Power & Light District of downtown Kansas City, The Grand Hall at Power & Light is a historic building with beautiful marble and silver finishes throughout, with a unique mezzanine overlooking the first floor. The ballroom features tall ceilings with stunning columns, a gorgeous built-in bar, and two unforgettable staircases that lead up to the second floor that you and your guests will love. The space has two modern suites for getting ready and two mobile bars on the mezzanine level. Couples also have access to the 31st floor to the Beacon Lounge and outdoor terrace for photos – which makes a great place for a first look or quick time-out during cocktail hour. The Grand Hall can accommodate 350 seated guests on the first floor and up to 450 seated guests between both floors.
